How To Make Munchkins In 30 Minutes

My classmate way back in high school made me swear that I'll never spill this secret recipe. Yet this secret has already been kept for 10 long years and I was smart enough to figure out that the recipe isn't really a secret.

I have asked a few people if they know this, and they actually know how to. My classmate in college was even selling it in the classroom. So whether you are a pro in the kitchen or a plain potato couch, this recipe should be very easy.

Here are the ingredients:

1.) Biscuits (I usually use small yellow-colored biscuits that are easily crushed into powder form)

2.) Cocoa Powder

3.) Condensed Milk

4.) Dessicated Coconut

STEPS

1. Crush the yellow biscuits using mortar and pestle. Make sure that their form is powder enough to mix with the cocoa powder. The ratio of the cocoa powder should be the same as that of the biscuits. If you put in one cup of cocoa powder, then put in one cup of powdered biscuits as well.

2. Mix the cocoa powder and powdered biscuits. The cocoa powder will usually stand out and cover the yellow powder.

3. Carefully pour in condensed milk. This should be done slowly as you have to make sure that every part of the powder mixture is wet with milk. I suggest you ask for help for someone to pour in the milk as you mix the mixture. The mixture gets very sticky in the process so you have to use both hands to mix it.

4. Once there's no more powder in the mixture, stop pouring the milk. You also have to be careful not to put in excessive milk as to this will prevent giving shape to the munchkins. Just make sure that the mixture is sticky enough to be formed to balls.

5. Take out the dessicated coconut. Pour in a little of it in a small plate. Using your hands, get a small portion of the mixture and form it into a ball. Dip it into the dessicated coconut. Put in a separate container. Repeat this process for the remaining mixture.

6. Refrigerate.

That should be easy! Once the munchkins are chilled, you can get to enjoy them instantly. If you don't want it chilled, you can eat them outright. The taste will still be the same. I therefore announce that this recipe is not a secret anymore. Enjoy!
