Lose Fat Fast - 9 Foods That Make Your Weight Disappear And Make Your Body Look Good

Reduce your intake of all pure or added fats, if you spread butter on your bread, toast and muffins use a low fat spread instead. Do you fry foods, if so please change to grilling. Cooking on the grill is far, far healthier than frying and I think tastier as fried foods often have their flavours masked by the oil.
Cut down dramatically on your sugar intake especially if you have a sweet tooth. There is absolutely nothing wrong with chocolate, ice cream, desserts, cake, pastries, or cookies but limit them to an occasional treat. Remember if you go overboard one day you have to step up with the exercises the next day.
Your diet must contain protein so concentrate on a lower fat source such as good quality chicken, fish, beans and low fat yogurt. To maintain a good balance occasionally you can have eggs, nuts and red meat. Some experts argue that we should not consume red meat so there is no harm in eliminating it altogether; I take the opposite view and about once a month enjoy a nice juicy sirloin with onions and grilled tomatoes. (I grill my steak)
Doctors say we tend to consume too much meat so once a week have a meat free day, a baked potato with beans is a great healthy option.
Take care over the amount of dairy produce you consume, doctors generally advise against full fat milk so if possible change to a 2% fat option and buy lower fat cheeses. Do not omit altogether because there are calcium benefits derived from these foods, but as always strike a reasonable balance
There was a time I would go home lunch time and have a coffee and some chocolate. Those days have gone and I now enjoy (yes really enjoy) a bowl of fruit which can contain grapes, cherries, blueberries, apples pears, whatever is in season. You can stuff yourself on fruit and you will remain full until your evening meal. I honestly believe you can never have enough fruit. (But not to the exclusion of other foods, balance is the key)
If you can stuff yourself with fruit I believe the same goes for vegetables at least two portions per meal. Do not overcook vegetables because not only do they taste disgusting, you will have lost all the nutrients, eat "al dente" and leave on the skins where possible.
How about snacks? Cut out sugar based snacks and avoid potato crisps (too high a salt content), low fat yoghurts are ideal or try a raw carrot.
Alcohol has its detractors and is banned from many diets but medical research shows that the occasional glass of red wine is good for your heart and that for me is a good enough reason to enjoy a glass, but only occasionally.

A word I have used a few times in this article is "balance" and it is important that you have a good mix of foods in you daily intake, no one food group is better that another so sticking to a well balanced diet will help your weight loss program.

One food type I advise you avoid at all costs "Processed foods" they contain everything your body doesn't want so however appealing the label - Avoid!

So strike a good balance with these foods and with a good exercise regime you will quickly lose that fat tummy and get the body shape you want.
