Sure, there's the traditional ham and lamb you will find at Easter dining specials at area casinos, but everything from seafood to Italian fare to sushi also is being offered. Here is a look at Easter Sunday specials for April 24.
ATLANTIS: The Grand Ballroom features brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It costs $34.99 and $13.99 children. Entr?es include ham, prime rib, rack of lamb, salmon, mushroom ravioli, chicken Marsala, fried shrimp and scallops, oysters Rockefeller and crab cakes.
It also includes chilled jumbo prawns, a salad bar, smoked salmon and bagels, vegetables, lobster bisque, bacon, sausage and home-fried potatoes. Desserts include bread pudding and cheese blintzes. Made-to-order items include shrimp scampi, fish filets, eggs and Caesar or spinach salads.
Atlantis Steakhouse has several specials served from 4 p.m. The $60 special is filet mignon with forest mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The $45 special includes roasted lamb shank Provencal, bean cassoulet and roasted root vegetables. The $55 special includes halibut with saffron-shrimp risotto, saut?ed baby spinach and an oven-roasted tomato. Specials include a prosciutto-wrapped prawn, chevre polenta or duck breast crostini; sunchoke bisque or mixed baby greens; and wild berry trifle. Reservations are recommended.
Bistro Napa has specials from 4 p.m. The $55 special is rack of lamb with beluga lentils and saut?ed vegetables. The $45 special is filet of sole with saut?ed spinach, apricots and basmati rice. The specials include caramelized duck breast with leeks and mushrooms or goat cheese-stuffed prawn; roasted asparagus soup or fennel-celery salad; and white chocolate coconut cake or macadamia nut gelato. Purple Parrott has specials. The $10.99 special is ham with vegetables and choice of mashed potatoes or yams. The $14.99 special is braised lamb shank with lemon rice pilaf. The restaurant is open 24 hours.

BOOMTOWN: Cassidy's Steakhouse has specials and is open from 5 p.m. Specials include rack of lamb with Parmesan polenta and baby vegetables for $36; and halibut with shrimp and corn salsa and garlic spinach for $24. They include lobster bisque or salad, and mixed berry cr?me br?l?e.

BONANZA: Cactus Creek Prime Steakhouse has brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Entr?es include a Belgian waffle for $10.95, huevos rancheros or eggs Benedict for $12.95, lobster Benedict for $18.95, Monterey omelet for $15.95, Sicilian chicken for $16.95, chicken-fried steak for $16.95 and halibut for $19.95. Sides include home-fried potatoes, bacon and rice. Salads include apple-walnut, potato and Chinese chicken. There also is steamed shrimp and desserts. Breakfast items are subject to change from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Branding Iron also has a $9.95 leg of lamb special from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. It includes oven-browned potatoes, vegetables and grasshopper pie.

Rum Jungle Buffet costs $22.99 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Items include pepper-crusted prime rib, barbecued beef short ribs, stuffed cannelloni and stuffed sole Florentine.
Palm Court Grill has a $12.95 ham special from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. It includes garlic mashed potatoes and baby green beans.

CIRCUS CIRCUS: The champagne brunch takes place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is $17.99 and $9.99 ages 4-11. One Club members get $1 off. Entr?es include prime rib, turkey, honey-garlic ham, chilled shrimp, chicken-fried steak, seafood cioppino, rotisserie chicken, vegetable lasagna, roasted salmon, fried chicken, pork chops and Moroccan lamb stew.
