The Helena community came together at the Holter Museum of Art on Thursday for a night of jazz, art, and dessert to help raise money for Montana Shares.
The organization provides funding for 43 non-profit agencies, including the Humane Society, the Lung Association, and the Helena Food Share.
Capital High School jazz students and the Rehmann Jazz Quintet provided music as attendees enjoyed desserts and a stroll through the current art exhibit, which is "An Exploration of Landscape."
Joy McGrath, executive director of Montana Shares, noted, "Tonight is really a chance for us to celebrate both the successes of the campaigns and really thank the community for the huge generosity and the support."
This was the 13th year of the event, and the eighth year that the students have participated.
