Caloric Cycling - Lose Fat Not Weight by Caloric Cycling

Help I'm Stuck Being Fat! Every time I hauled myself onto the scales it was same result just a different day: no loss or a little more weight put on.  Even when I mustered the willpower to keep going with a diet I'd cruise along just fine for the first few days and then it all came to a sudden halt.  The scales rising just like my discouragement.  Even when I did manage to lose a little fat, I wasn't sure it was strictly fat. Wouldn't it be great if there was a better way?  Well, there is.  There is the world's easiest diet method.  It is so easy that the Internets number one diet developed its entire fat loss program around this idea.  It is a very popular approach used by bodybuilders to strip fat from their muscles with out losing any muscle itself.  Its called Caloric Cycling or Calorie Cycling.

The Nuts and Bolts of Calorie Cycling

The way caloric cycling works is by keeping the body not knowing what is coming next..  You see, the body, in its ever searching way to survive, adapts quickly to the changes to its diet.  In other words our body registers any  curtailment in its caloric intake and adjust its metabolism accordingly. Back in our cave dwelling days all of this made sense. Our bodies would store the spare food we ate during times of plenty so that it could use that fat during times of famine.  Those conditions are not part of our daily lives anymore but unfortunately no one has told our DNA that.  So every time we eat more than we need, the body tucks the extra away in our fat cells.  Our bodies are notoriously close-fisted though and they will not give out that fat easily.  The body registers caloric decline as starvation coming on and socks away the fat.  If we press our bodies very hard with exercise while on a low calorie diet they will metabolize muscle tissue rather than fat.

I know, I know, I too would like to tell my DNA a thing or to, and--whoa--I can.  The way to do this is to change up your calorie intake by cycling through different eating plans.  You can go to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hugo19.htm if you want to see a complicated example of how body builders do this. Although it is difficult to understand, it is an example of caloric cycling in action.

Lose Weight And Still Eat At McDonald's?

Yes, but, not every day! There is a diet that is gaining popularity on the Internet that takes the idea of caloric cycling and uses a fresh approach. Instead of just changing just the amount of calories you can eat each day, it adapts this caloric cycling idea to make a fun diet--yes I said fun--by creating feed days and burn days. Days in which you can enjoy eating with in certain limits and days devoted to burning fat. The results is a very easy to follow and easy to stick with diet that makes your body lose fat and NOT muscle. And you can lose it surprisingly fast. Actually there are three different caloric cycling plans included with this diet and they all provide an easy way to strip fat from your muscles at three different levels. That is why this diet is labeled "The Easiest Diet In The World".
